Filmjoelk

Flimjoelk ist so etwas wie Sauermilch. Es ist kein Jogut und kein Kefir,
sondern einfache sauere Milch. Ich kenne so etwas eigentlich auch nur auf
fr�heren Zeiten aus Polen, denn in Deutschland konnte man so etwas nicht
kaufen, und die Pasterisierte Milch wollte einfach nicht sauer werden sie
wurde bitter und damit ungenie�bar, da die richtigen Bakterien fehlten.
Wenn man allerdings etwas Jogurt reintut dann wird sie sauer :-).

Flimjoelk is a kind of curdled milk. It isn't yoghurt, but more fluently.
I do know that from the good old times in Poland. In Germany I didn't sat
something like that and you're not able to buy that. The long-life milk
won't curdle because the bacteria which are needful are missing. So this
milk will be bitter. But there is a way to avoid this, put some yoghurt
into and wait one or two days.
